The Society is pleased to announce that its Armorial has been published and is now
available for sale to Members. Miss Cornelia Wendell Bush, Associate Member of the
Society and the Editor of the Armorial, has established an e-commerce store for
Members to purchase the book.

First edition, containing hundreds of illustrations, with an introduction by the
Society’s President the Lord Lyon and a Greeting from the Society’s Chairman,
together with a history of the Society by its President Emeritus, photographs of the
Society Members at Highland Games and other events, and a Memorial section.

The Arms of the Members are depicted together with spouses, children and
grandchildren, illustrating the manner in which Scottish Heraldry recognizes these
relationships. The Arms of Honorary Members are included, many of whom are Clan
Chiefs, and illustrate the connection between Chiefs and the Armigers in heraldic
terms. The introduction, by the Lord Lyon, addresses both historical and practical
matters of Heraldry under Scottish law, including how to apply for a Coat of Arms at
the Court of Lord Lyon.
