Membership application fees and annual dues may be paid securely online using Stripe or PayPal. Applicants may either apply for membership online or download and complete a paper application for later upload. Online applications include a secure payment step that directs applicants to the appropriate payment option based on the selected membership type.
Individuals
A one-time application fee of $130 USD includes the first year’s dues. Annual dues thereafter are $30 USD. Please review the relevant membership documents above before proceeding.
Organizations
A one-time application fee of $350 USD includes the first year’s dues. Annual dues thereafter are $50 USD. Please review the relevant membership documents above before proceeding.
