Arms: Per fess Or, and per pale Azure and Gules, a fess chequy wavy Sable and Argent between two crescents Gules in chief and a lion rampant accompanied by two cross crosslets Or in base, a bordure indented per pale Gules and Or.

Unmentioned but in the depicted illustration of the Letters Patent for the arms of the petitioner in the honour point of the shield there is a label of three points Azure for difference as petitioner was the heir of his father whom he has since succeeded.

Helm: Above the shield is placed an helm befitting his degree with a mantling Azure
doubled Or as the liveries.,

Crest: on a wreath of the liveries is set for a crest: a demi griffin segreant Azure, beaked and legged OR, grasping in the dexter claw a sword bendways Gules hilted and pommelled Sable.

Motto: And in an escrol over the same this motto: Feros Ferio

Robert Murel Clark, Jr. born in 1948 in Dallas, Texas and lives there yet gained a Juris Doctor Law Degree from Oklahoma City University has been a partner of Eddleman & Clark since 1982 and is a distinguished attorney-at-law.

He married in 1986 Kimberly Ann Kerss, daughter of Billy Don Kerss. They have issue: one child, a daughter, Ashley Pendleton Clark, born in 1995.

It is to be noted that arms were granted in memory of his ancestor Matthew Clark and matriculated down to the petitioner.
