Arms: Argent, a saltire Gules cantoned between in chief a mullet in base a lymphad sails furled Sable flagged Gules. In the dexter flank a clarsach and in sinister flank a bluebell slipped and leaved Proper, a bordure indented parted per pale Argent and Or.

Robert Currie, BS, MA, PhD (Hon), FSA Scot, Commander of the Name of Currie, was born in 1959 in Scotch Plains, NJ. He obtained a BS degree in Marketing and an MA in Corporate and Organizational Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

He retired after a 40-year career in communications and public affairs. Recipient of many awards for excellence including being named the 2005 “NJ Communicator of the Year” from the International Association of Business Communicators.

Robert Currie resides in Summit, NJ and has been married to his wife Suzanne for 35 years. They have two adult daughters.
