SSA Member BG James Summers Forrester, Sr., MD, was born in Aberdeen Scotland on 8 Jan 1937 and died age 74, on 31 October 2011. He was an eleven term member of the North Carolina Senate and served in the NC Air National Guard as a Flight Surgeon during the Vietnam War retiring as a Brigadier General. R.I.P.
