Sarah Anne Grierson of Lag who succeeded as 25th Chief of the Name and Arms
of Grierson of Lag. on 24 Mar 2008 upon the death of her father, Sir Michael John Bewes Grierson of Lag, 12th Baronet and 24th Chief. Madam Sarah was born in 1973 and married in 2001 Richard Quentin Miller of Beckenham, Kent and they have a son, Thomas McKinley Alexander, born in 2002. She is the first lady to hold the role of Chief as well as the 25th in an unbroken line of the family of Grierson of Lag. She is a member of the Standing Council of Scottish Chiefs. dqw 20110607
