Professor Hagan, a living armiger, born in 1935, is a Gentleman of His Holiness, President emeritus of Assumption College of Worcester, Mass. and lives in Rhode Island, USA. He is also the former President of the Royal Commission of North America ( North American Association ) of the Sacred and Military Constantinian Order of St. George of which he is a Knight Grand Cross of Justice and we feel fortunate to call him a friend.
