Earl Dale McAlpine Jr, was born in 1956 and raised in Southern California. He married Caren Delores Land in 1976 and has by her a son and heir, Dale Edward McAlpine born in 1978 and a second son, David Earl McAlpine born in 1979 as well as two other children
and six grandchildren and has been married to his childhood sweetheart for 14 years. He has worked for 28 years in the electric power industry, the past 10 years on the nuclear side. He holds a degree in business management.
