The arms were granted by Lord Lyon Joseph John Morrow, CVO, CBE on Page 120 of the 93rd Volume of the Public Register of All Arms and Bearings in Scotland on 12 Sep 2023. A further note is that these are the first Letters Patent we’ve seen issued in the Reign of King Charles III.

Danielle Scarpi de Claricini, PhD was born in 1977 in Bologna, Italy. He is a Professor at the University of Bologna.

According to documents provided by the armiger, he is in possession of a Claim of Entitlement to the Dignity of a Barony in the Scottish Barony Register of the Barony of Blantyre.

The artwork is by the Lyon Court Artist who illustrated the Letters Patent.
