Arms: Quarterly: 1st and 4th Or a rose Sable seeded Or and on a chief Sable a swan’s head and neck erased between two stars Or; 2nd and 3rd Ermine three papingoes paleways in bend sinister proper and in dexter chief a crescent Gules.

Romilly died early in the AM on Wed 7 Dec 2016. He was a Board Member as well as a Fellow and Charter Member of the SSA. He will be sorely missed. Pray for his soul, may he rest in peace. Romilly’s arms were granted by the Lord Lyon on 24 December 1984, LR 67/17
